- RFQ SPM4A8-15-Q-0073, Solicitation is in accordance with FAR 13.5. Procurement of THREE (3) CNC/MANUAL LATHES with ACCESSORIES in accordance with Purchase Description VIBB 14-11-1103 dated 30 October 2014. The contractor shall provide Three (3) CNC/Manual Lathes with Accessories, IUID, Technical Data, and Shipping. Quantity is 3 each. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract. Solicitation will be unrestricted, full and open competition procedures. QAP 215a shall apply. FOB at Destination with Inspection at Destination and Acceptance at Destination. All contractual performance period requirements shall be complete within 120 days after receipt of award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of technically acceptable, delivery, price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The estimated solicitation issue date is July 30, 2015. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) at https://www.fbo.gov to obtain a copy of the solicitation.
