The magnitude of proposed construction is between is $500,000 and $1,000,000. BID OPENING INFORMATION: Howard Stover, Contracting Officer, will conduct the Bid opening. The Bid opening session will be held August 21, 2015 at 11:00 AM CST at, USDA-NRCS 375 Jackson Street, Suite 600 6th Floor conference room St. Paul, MN 55101 * Please check in with the security guard on the first floor to gain access to the building. ** If you chose not to attend the Bid opening session please have your bids mailed to the following address by August 21, 2015 at 11:00 AM CST: Howard Stover Contracting Officer 375 Jackson Street, Suite 600 St. Paul, MN 55101 * All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing via e-mail to sean.jordan2@wdc.usda.gov by Wednesday August 12, 2015 by 5:00 PM EST, all Q&A's will be posted to the solicitation on FBO. Amendment No. 1 Information: Solicitation No. AG-6322-S-15-0014 is being amended to add and change the following items; 1. Updated bid schedule: Line items are unchanged. The referenced construction and material Specification numbers associated with the line items have been updated. 2. Updated construction specifications: Minor pen & ink changes have been made to spec numbers 11, 21, 23, and 34. Please reference the attachment on FBO. 3. Pen and ink changes have been made to the Construction Plans and Drawings: An asterisk (*) indicates the additional information. 4. A copy of the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) has been provided so the amount of the permit will be known. 5. A copy of site showing meeting minutes and Q&A's has been uploaded.
