All responsible open market sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Submit the RFQ to frank.tarara@va.gov. Solicitation package VA770-15-Q-0260 shall be posted on Fedbizopps on or around August 5, 2015 and will close no later than 12PM on August 10, 2015. No solicitation packages will be mailed.
