- SOLICITATION NUMBER:0010686709 W91QUZ-12-A-ZF30 1V09 SUBJECT: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE TO DLT SOLUTIONS. FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF AUTOCAD/AUTODESK UPGRADES. The U. S. Army Contracting Command (ACC), Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Tenant Division located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 13.501(a)(1)(i)) with DLT Solutions. DLT Solutions. (Cage Code: 0S0H9) is located at 13861 Sunrise Vallet Dr STE 400 Herndon, VA 20171-612. The contractor shall provide Autocad and Autodesk upgrades. DLT Solutions is only vendor authorized to sell to the Government and issue proprietary data rights by Autodesk, INC. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 511210 and the size standard is 1000 Employees.
