PR#N6328514SUS0027 This specials notice is to acknowledge that Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) intends to award to V.H Blackinton and Company, Inc 221 John 1 Dietsch Blvd P.O Box 1300 Attleboro Falls Massachusetts 02763-0311. The proposed acquisition is to purchase NCIS Special Agent Badges. This requirement will result in a Firm-Fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 339910. The determination not to compete the requirement will be at the sole discretion of the Government.
