- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The purpose of this procurement is to obtain an electronic Safety Data Sheet (SDS) inventory/tracking platform for the entire organization that is user friendly, easy to maintain/administer, and can be modified to meet future needs. This system must meet the requirements of OSHA Right-to-Know, the Global Harmonization System, and Army regulations. Please see the attached combined synopsis/solicitation.
