- 4. Attachment 1 (PWS) 3. RFQ No. FA5209-15-T-0139 2. Notice to Offerors 1. Government Policy Ltr The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary for Custodial Services in Support of OS15, Ojojihara Maneuver Area, Miyagi, Japan. Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan. Note 2: It is the offeror's responsibility to ensure that the government receive your offer or any other requests/inquiries regarding this solicitation in a timely manner. Any e-mail sent to this office regarding this solicitation must have the solicitation number in the subject line. Failure to do so may result in no response. Notice 3: Appendix No. 2 (Building Drawings) is not included in the uploaded PWS. Offeror shall contact Ms. Yamamaoto and Mr. Sato by e-mail to receive them.
