- a DRAFT Performance Work Statement USFK Form 82-E fillable PDF. Complete Box 1 through 11.b. of this form. SYNOPSIS & REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. A solicitation is not being issued at this time and this notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. This is strictly a synopsis to inform industry about an upcoming requirement. The Government will not accept any proposals based on this synopsis. Please feel free to add your company's information to the Interested Vendors List. Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Pacific Procurement intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) on/about 30 September 2015 to award a firm fixed price requirements contract for custodial services. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, supervision, and transportation necessary to provide custodial services as required for each location of the Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS) - schools and facilities in Seoul, Korea; 3 schools and 1 office building. The work includes general custodial services, annual/seasonal custodial services and administration efforts. Period of performance will be 1 January 2016 - 31 December 2020 (base period with four 12-month option periods). This acquisition will be solicited as a full and open competitive procurement using the procedures in FAR Part 12 - Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5. All interested parties may submit a capability statement outlining services related to this requirement and/or questions on the DRAFT Performance Work Statement to Ms. Miyoko Hokama, Contract Specialist, via e-mail to miyoko.hokama@pac.dodea.edu by 1700 Korea Standard Time on Monday, 10 August 2015. Any information provided by industry to the Government as a result of this synopsis is strictly voluntary. Responses will not be returned. No entitlements to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges to the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses, or the Government's use of such information. The information obtained from responses to this notice may be used in the development of an acquisition strategy and future Request for Proposal. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) to receive any contract award or payment. Information on SAM registration can be obtained at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Please contact SAM customer service at (866) 606-8220 regarding questions/problems. NOTICE of SITE VISIT: Prior to the issuance of the solicitation, a site visit will be conducted on Monday, 24 August 2015 at 0900 Korea Standard Time. Those interested in attending the site visit shall provide a list of attendees (not to exceed three per company). Attendees without installation access shall provide a copy of their passport AND complete Box 1 through 11.b. of USFK FORM 82-E Form to Ms. Miyoko Hokama, Contract Specialist, via e-mail to miyoko.hokama@pac.dodea.edu and Mr. Myong Son Yi, Contracting Officer Representative (COR), via e-mail to myongson.yi@pac.dodea.edu by 1200 Korea Standard Time on Tuesday, August 14, 2015. This information must be provided in advance in order to ensure access to the installation. The site visit agenda will be posted on FBO prior to 14 August 2015. DoDEA Pacific will continue to post all information concerning the acquisition on FBO as it becomes available, and the Government reserves the right to publish any new information disclosed about this acquisition that it believes will be useful to all potential offerors.
