- Description
- This is the Q&A from the site visit on the 23rd of July. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other labor or services to support the Kyogamisaki Communications Site (KCS), Kyoto, Japan in accordance with the Performance-based Work Statement (PWS), corresponding appendices, commercial standards, local standards, Japanese ordinances and Japanese laws. These services shall be performed at the same levels in the commerical marketplace to the maximum extent possible. Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan.
