- Description: This will be a firm fixed-price contract for the purchase of system and freestanding office furniture. Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, parts and any other non-Government-furnished items to provide and install assorted freestanding office furniture in Building 2045, Hangar 3, Rooms 110 and 115, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawai'i. This is a complex requirement with a short window. On-time delivery is critical to the performance of other project contracts and removal of existing furniture required. As such, attending the site visit is mandatory. RSVP no later than: 2:00 p.m. HST on Wednesday 22 April, 2015 The purpose of the site visit is to provide clarity on any questions that may arise for this requirement. Questions and responses will be shared by all attendees, and any discussion, remarks and explanations will be used in formalizing the final solicitation. Award is anticipated no later than 14 August due to project timelines that must be met without exception. Installation must begin 12 October 2015.
