Base solicitation issued: 22 June 2015 Amendment 01 issued: 23 July 2015 Amendment 02 issued: 03 August 2015 1. This requirement is being set aside as a small business set-aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2. 2. Award of this solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract. 3. On-site work shall commence on 8 September 2015. 4. Specifications: See Attachment 1 - Specifications, Attachment 2 - Drawings, and Contract Sections C-J. 5. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. 6. NAICS: 238220, Size Standard: $15.0M 7. The Government will provide tax exempt information for the purchase of construction materials associated with the execution of this contract. 8. See FAR Clause 52.236-27 concerning an organized site visit. 9. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, expertise, equipment, and transporation to: a. Repair/replace the existing Gateway Arch exhaust air louver system (located in the top of the Arch) as needed. b. Repair/Replace all actuators, dampers, associated motors; operators and wiring as needed. c. Re-weld loose stainless steel slats in existing exterior mechanical louvers on top of the Arch. Slats have been previously welded to vertical face of a stainless steel drain pan.
