- Schedule of Items Solicitation Standard Form 1449 The Talladega Ranger District, National Forest in Alabama is soliciting for various types of herbicides. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12 in conjunction with FAR 13, as applicable and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is AG-4146-S-15-0023. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) is 325320 (Herbicide): Size standard is 500 employees. This is Total Small Business Set-aside. Quote per unit gallon rate for providing the following items: Item 01) Triclopyr Ester, 4# a.e., 2.5 Gallon, Forestry, 385 gallons; Item 02) Glyphosate, 4# a.e., 2.5 Gallon, Forestry and Aquatic, 230 gallons; Item 03) Imazapyr, Arsenal AC, 4# a.e., 2.5 Gallon, Forestry, 15 gallons; Item 04) Metsulfuron Methyl, Escort, 60% Active Ingredient, 8x6oz bottles/case, Forestry, 72 lbs (9 cases 8x16 oz bottles) Labels for priced herbicides must be provided by offer for approval prior to contract award. Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the form of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) to the government, which includes the following: Price.
