- Description
- This is modification 0002 to the synopsis entitled NASA Airborne Science Program 2015 Customer Survey, RFQ#NNA15557606Q, posted on 24 July 2015. You are notified that the following changes are made: Response to Questions received from Industry: Q: Are the 40 contacts the entire sample to be surveyed in the study or will it only be part of the study and there will be an additional survey with more respondents? Additionally, the words survey and interview seemed to be used interchangeably. Could you please clarify whether you are expecting the contractor to conduct interviews or quantitative surveys. Please advise A: The 40 contacts mentioned are the number of interviews that we estimate will be conducted as part of this study. We are expecting the contractor to conduct interviews of these people, document the responses, and summarize results across all of the interviews. We are conducting a survey of customer sentiment using interviews as our means of data collection. Q: Has this type of survey been administered for ASP in the past, and, if so, would it be available for viewing? A: We do not have a record of this survey being done in the past. End of questions from industry. The due date for responses not extended. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet.
