- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is AG-8C30-S-15-0005 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-83A. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 336999 with a small business size standard of $32.5M. This requirement is 100 Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB) with HUBZone pricing preference per FAR 52.219-4. Submission of Offers in the English Language The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, considering price alone. Award for All or None. The Government intends to award one (1) purchase order as a result of this solicitation.
