Description

Synopsis will be as follows. A separate written solicitation M67400-15-T-0117 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after August 3, 2015. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Publication Notice 20150626. DPAS Rating is DO-S10. The North American Industrial Classification System code is 541380. Required Item and Descriptions are as follows. ITEM: CLIN 0001 (1001, 2001, 3001, and 4001): Service Visits for Water Treatment CLIN 0002 (1002, 2002, 3002, and 4002): Analysis Report for Water Treatment The Government will award to the responsible Offeror(s) which is the most advantageous to the Government on the basis of a best value evaluation process. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offeror(s) must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted offer. The solicitation (Request for Quotation), when released, will be available electronically at the following web sites https://www.neco.navy.mil and/or http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ under solicitation M67400-15-T-0117. The solicitation also may be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed. Offers must be received no later than 03:00PM, Japan Standard Time (JST) on the solicitation closing date.
