- Added AOC52.215-1 & FAR 52.214-7 to RFPHB150120 The purpose of this amendment, issued on August 3, 2015 is to add the Past Performance Questionaire and change the due date for receipt of proposals to 05:00PM EST August 21, 2015. Attached revised RFPHB150120_Rev1 The reason for this revision was that bit was missing provision AOC52.215-1 & 52.214-7 The purpose of this amendment, issued on July 20, 2015, is to change the date the solicitation will be sent out and due date of the receipt of proposals. The solicitation and related documents will be made available on July 24, 2015. The due date for receipt of proposals will be August 7, 2015. The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) has a requirement for the complete restoration of 28 chandeliers and 88 sconces located in the Rayburn, Longworth, and Cannon House Office Buildings. The work will involve removing, restoring, and re-installing each fixture in the specified time frame required by the Architect of the Capitol. This project will be solicited as a Request for Proposal for Bid (RFP) with the intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Supply contract. This is an unrestricted procurement (that is, full and open competition). The solicitation and related documents will be made available on July 24, 2015. The due date for receipt of proposals will be August 7, 2015. The solicitation package will be available electronically at FBO.GOV. If interested in receiving this solicitation please check "yes" for interested parties and/or send an email to dfuqua@aoc.gov requesting a copy of the solicitation with the subject line of "AOC Historic Chandelier and Sconce Restoration and Repair". The solicitation will not be sent out until July 24, 2015.
