Design of museums and exhibits in public space is the specialty focus required to support these requirements. The construction services for any design deliverable for the Library of Congress facilities on Capitol Hill are performed by the Architect of the Capitol or its designee. As such, design services will produce constructible and fiscally conscious solutions with a focus on lifecycle-based facility management for the Library.
