Description

DLA Maritime Puget Sound, on be-half of the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS and IMF), will be soliciting for eight (8) each, 2000A low voltage circuit breakers in a portable NEMA 3RX enclosure. This is to be procured on a sole source basis with the original equipment manufacturer, Square D, per FAR 6.302 and DFAR PGI 206.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this Sources Sought, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
