- Past Performance Questionnaire Conference Room drawings Quote Spreadsheet with list of required equipment Request for Quote/Statement of Work The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) requires the purchase and installation of High Definition (HD) Projection and Simultaneous Translation (SI) systems for the Global Intellectual Property Academy (GIPA) conference rooms at its Alexandria, Virginia Campus. The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, and services necessary to remove existing equipment and provide installation of new operational HD projection, A/V, and SI systems. The Contractor shall perform the work without hindering or disabling existing system operations and functionality and minimize disruption to USPTO facilities. A single award will be made to the offeror whose offer will be the most advantageous and represents the best value to the USPTO, price and other factors considered. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334310. For the purpose of this procurement the small business size standard is 750 employees. The period of performance will include a base year plus one (1) option year from date of award through November 29, 2017.
