Description

FLC Norfolk Contracting Department, Groton Office, CT intends to acquire services from Computer Science Corporation CAGE code 52939 to upgrade the Harbor Database System, in support of Surface Warfare Officer School Command located at the Naval Station, Newport RI. The procurement is being processed through other than full and open competition pursuant to the statutory authority of FAR 13.106-1(1), only one responsible source and no other will satisfy agency requirements. The anticipated award date is 04 August 2015; this notice is not a request for quote. A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
