- The Request for Proposal is issued on an unrestricted basis with Other than Full and Open Competition under 10 USC 2304 (c) (1). Contract type is firm fixed price. Quantity variance is plus or minus 0%. Approved source: Rolls Royce Military Aero Engines Ltd, CAGE K0378, P/N B464229, NSN: 2915-99-607-5101, QTY 145 ea. The delivery requested is 247 DARO. The solicitation terms include FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. This is a Critical Application Item and Configuration Control applies. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described above are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government on this NSN. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors. The synopsis/solicitation issue date is August 5, 2015 and the close date is August 20, 2015. All proposals shall be submitted to the attention of Johnny A.
