Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23 located at 708 South Third Street, Suite 200E Minneapolis, MN 55415 is issuing a pre-solicitation notice for the VA Black Hills Health Care System located at 113 Comanche Road, Fort Meade, SD 57741 for a contract to provide Virtual Pharmacy Services. It is estimated that 2100 prescriptions will need to be finished per month for inpatients after hours and on holidays. The resulting solicitation will be for a fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract (FP/IDIQ). The contract period will be for one (1) base year. It is anticipated that commencement of performance will be November 1, 2015. The contract will also include four (4), one (1) year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. NAICS Code 621999 applies with a size standard of $15 million. Interested offerors should respond to the solicitation which will be posted to FEDBIZOPPS.GOV Federal Business Opportunities https://fbo.gov tentatively August 19, 2015. The anticipated closing date will be at least two weeks from the actual posting date. Contractors offering a response to this notice should ensure that their registration in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) database http://sam.gov is current. This notice does not commit the government to contract for any service.
