- The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to negotiate with Kentico Software, on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (1), for the acquisition of Kentico Software License. *****Sole Source determination is based on the need to purchase software license renewal that meets the following requirements: Description: Kentico Software License Maintenance Renewal Product Name: Kentico EMS for 1 Website with Source Code, 3 Year Maintenance Renewal Product Code: CX08-001-001-000-1120-00000000-6DA7CBF277 Period of Performance: 8/16/2015 through 7/1/2018 Quantity: 1 Kentico Software is the only known vendor with a product that meets all of these requirements. ***Delivery shall be FOB DESTINATION and be completed in accordance with the Contractor's commercial schedule. *** *****The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541519, and the size standard is $25,500,000.00. ******A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. *****No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, responses received by August 7, 2015 will be considered by the Government.
