- 30 CONS RFQ Template Purchase Request #: F4D1F35124AC01 Project Title : Mobile Optics Digital Transformation, Vandenberg AFB CA 93437 The 30 th Contracting Squadron intends to award a single contract for the 30 SCS purchase of proprietary items that create a Cambium Microwave link with ultra short latency of 50ms by Nevion J2000 encoders and accessories. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 333314 and Size Standard of 500 employees apply to this procurement. This is a Small Business Set Aside. Description of Services: Non-personal Services: 30 SCS requires purchase of proprietary items that create a Cambium Microwave link with ultra short latency of 50ms by Nevion J2000 encoders and accessories. In an effort to replace the old-high speed film cameras with high-speed digital imaging systems at the Western Test Range at Vandenberg AFB, California, 30 SCS requires the purchase of audio/video equipment in accordance with Television Audio Support Activity (TASA) and DFARS PGI 208.70. Interested parties are requested to review the RFQ Template and submit written offers IAW CLIN structure outlined in the Quote template sheet (Attachment 1) and provide a competitive price. The final selection will be best value to the Government. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) ( https://www.sam.gov ) and Wide Area Work Flow at ( https://www.wawf.eb.mil ) prior to award of any contract or agreement. Firms must register on a one-time basis and annually confirm accuracy and completeness of registration information. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price.
