- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: Access to the National Criminal Information Center Database The 766th Specialized Contracting Squadron has a requirement for access to the National Law Enforcement Terminal System (NLETS)/National Crime Information Center (NCIC) database and intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed price contract to the Hawaii Criminal Justice Data Center, 465 S King Street, Rm 102, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, pursuant to statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirement. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 922190. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, the Government will consider all responses received by 12 Aug 2015, 2:00 P.M. HST. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in preparation of proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a subsequent competitive procurement.
