Description

Questions and Answers Task Order #1 Task Order #3 LCNLS150032 Amendment 0002. Task Order #2 The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Issue an amended solicitation to revise references and CLINs in Section B; revise the sequential numbering in Section C; add clauses in Section H; and update Table of Contents in Section J. 2. Amend Block No. 8 of the SF 1449 to extend the proposal due date to August 17, 2015 at 1700 ET. 3. Amend Section C.3.3.1 as follows: (g) Printing: 1"x 31/4" pressure sensitive Avery labels. Estimated number of labels: 9,000 per month. • Hardcopy reports. Estimated number of lines: 1,450 per week. 4. Amend Section J to incorporate three task announcements. (NOTE: Initial two task announcements are hereby deleted. 5. Amend Section L.4 "Clarification Questions" to extend offeror submission deadline to August 10, 2015 at Noon ET. 6. Post Questions and Answers.
