- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This RFP is to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary to complete a project located at the 187th Fighter Wing as per attached Specifications and Drawings. This project is for the replacement of a chiller in building 1502 located at 5187 Selma Highway, Montgomery, Alabama 36108. All contractors participating in Site Visit will provide the following items 3 days prior to 6 August 2015: Full Name, Social Security Number, Date of Birth. Upon arrival present a Valid Driver's License, Proof of Insurance, and Vehicle Registration. THE RESULTING SOLICITATION IS A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. Proposals will only be requested and accepted from Small Businesses who currently hold a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) from the United States Property and Fiscal Office for Alabama.
