- THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary. Any information provided to the Government is strictly voluntary and at no cost to the Government. This RFI is for market research purposes only. Market research is being conducted to determine interest, capability. The Federal Emergency Management Agency is seeking commercial sources with the technical expertise to provide an Air bridge to transport cargo from Guam to Saipan. General Description of Services: The contractor shall provide all management, personnel, tools, supplies, equipment, materials, and labor necessary to provide an Air Bridge from Guam to Saipan. FEMA is looking for five flights with the either one flight a day with the option to fly multiple flights a day. FEMA will be responsible for the loading and unloading of the plane. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code anticipated is 481212, Nonscheduled Chartered Freight Air Transportation. This RFI is to find all interested vendor that are local to Guam and all other interested vendors. All Interested parties are requested to email company information and point of contact (POC) to Kimberly.coakley@fema.dhs.gov Please also note that all potential offerors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
