- NCR-NAMA: The National Park Service intends to issue a solicitation for a construction requirement for the National Mall and Memorial Parks. The Work consist of the removal and relocation of the existing emergency exit door/frame and install new and modified metal panels for new. One (1) firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. Davis Bacon Prevailing Wages for the District of Columbia will apply, The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is: 238220 with a size standard of 36.5 million. Competition will be full and open. A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday August 11, 2015 @ 8:00am Meeting Location:National Park Service East Potomac Park 1100 Ohio Drive, SW (Contracting Annex) Washington, DC 20242 Offerors are highly encouraged to attend the scheduled site visit to inspect the site and to ensure they fully understand the requirement and conditions that may affect the cost of the project, statement of work and performance. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation.
