- List of PSE The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Boeing Company, Seattle, Washington, for Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE). This will include the procurement of various PSE required to support airframe maintenance, installation, and removal tasks of the P-8A Aircraft. Attached is a list of PSE required under this effort. Under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, the Government intends to issue a sole source contract to Boeing Company because this firm is considered the only responsible source capable to perform this effort. The Government does not own technical data, drawings, or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received within 15 days of publication of this notice. Responses should reference N68335-15-R-0218.
