- JOFOC The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) has a requirement to procure Oracle WebLogic and Oracle BEA WebLogic Software Support. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) HUBZone sole source contract as authorized by FAR Part 19.13 and under authority of FAR 6.302-5 to Lancer Information Solutions, LLC., Alexandria, VA. The contract will consist of a base year plus four option years with the POP start date of 08/24/2015. The purpose of the HUBZone Program is to provide Federal contracting assistance for qualified small business concerns located in historically underutilized business zones, in an effort to increase employment opportunities, investment, and economic development in those areas. Lancer Information Solutions, LLC., has been identified as a certified HUBZone firm authrozied to provide the requested Oracle Software Support and no other HUBZone business can satisfy the Government's requirement. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 511210 Software Publishers. The size standard associated with this NAICs is $38,500,000.00. Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona-fide capability to fulfill this requirement. Submissions shall not exceed 5MB. This is not a request for quotation. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based upon responses is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not notify respondents of the results of the information received. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 3:00 PM Eastern Time, 14 AUG 2015.
