- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 11 Contracting Office, 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Drive, STE M2200, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 anticipates the award of a firm fixed price contract for preventative maintenance of the TransVac pneumatic trash system installed at the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, 4646 John R Street, Detroit, MI 48201. The period of contract award is one year from date of award with four (4) option years. This procurement is set aside for small business. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 811310. To be considered a small business under this NAICS code the SBA size standard must not exceed $7.5 Million. The request for quote (RFQ) solicitation number VA251-15-Q-0195 will be issued on or about August 19, 2015. All information for this solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps (www.fedbizopps.gov). Potential bidders must register at FedBizOpps (www.fedbizopps.gov) to receive notifications and/or changes to the solicitation. Potential bidders are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information.
