- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCC Yazoo City, MS intends to issue a solicitation for RFQP03151500029 to obtain the requirements for FY-2016, 1st QUARTER DAIRY SUBSISTENCE. This solicitation is UNRESTRICTED FOB destination. The NAICS code is 311511. Delivery dates will begin October 01, 2015 and end October 23, 2015. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex, 2225 Haley Barbour Parkway, Yazoo City, MS 39194. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. Kosher items offered on this bid must be certified by a nationally accepted orthodox Jewish Certification Agency. The Government will award to the responsible quoter(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government based on best value. Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: past performance, price comparison with other offers, and administrative cost.
