- Solicitation Amend 0002 The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to rescind Amendment 0002 and incorporate the following requirement in solicitation DJD-15-R-0005. All offerors shall be currently approved as medical director for an existing "state" as recognized by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT). All offerors shall provide documentation to prove that they have received approval from the NREMT. All changes have been indicated by a vertical line. The closing date of the solicitation has been extended until September 8, 2015 at 2 p.m. EST to allow offerors the opportunity to obtain this certification and to provide documentation they are certified with the NREMT.
