All questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted by Friday, August 7, 2015. The Government reserves the right not to provide responses for any questions after this date. If however, in the Government's opinion, the questions cite an issue of significant importance, the Government may provide written responses to the offerors. The closing date has been EXTENDED to THURSDAY, AUGUST 13, 2015 AT 4:30 PM EST. Refer to Amendment 0003.
