- Provide an Audio, Video, and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) System to provide an upgrade to current hardware for Program Executive Office (PEO) Missiles and Space (MSLS), Lower Tier Project Office (LTPO) for Room 1Al605 located at 106 Wynn Drive, Huntsville, Alabama 35808 The upgrade includes the provision and installation of dual 80 quote mark video display monitors, a VTC system, digital video routing, microphones, and digital audio signal processing. The two multi-element microphones will be installed into the table surface. The speaker system will only reproduce local program audio and far end audio during a VTC session. Control of the audio/videoNTC system will be provided via a Crestron control system. The user interface will be on a wired l O quote mark touch panel. The control system along with all of the rack mountable equipment will be housed in a new two bay walnut credenza. The credenza will include space for the computer. The credenza is a furniture style rack system. The color finish will be Cross Fire Java unless otherwise noted. PEO MSLS will provide under table laptop connections. These connections will be HDMI and VGA with audio. The system will auto select which connection will be available to the video routing system. HDMI will be the default selection. Two desk (room) computer connections will be made available. Both HDMI and VGA will be accommodated. Inputs from the VTC system in conjunction with the video routing system will allow PEO MSLS to via far end video and near end content simultaneously.
