- Markey Survey The purpose of this Market Survey is to identify sources that are capable of providing a berth and layberth services for four (any class) Large, Medium-Speed, Roll-On/Roll-Off ships (LMSRs). LMSRs may be layberthed in a nested or un-nested configuration. The layberth facility must be capable of delivering reimbursable services including steam, potable water, electricity, and telephone services.
