- HSFE50-15-R-0015 A00002 Due Date Extension This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and is the same requirement as previously posted under the Presolicitation Notice issued on March 16, 2015 by Contracting Officer Matthew Raible with the same solicitation number HSFE50-15-R-0015 for the demolition and removal of an existing waste water treatment plant; and construction of a new waste water treatment facility at Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Mount Weather Emergency Operations Center(MWEOC) in Bluemont, Virginia. Proposals are being requested in response to this notice and no other solicitation will be issued. This will be a construction project. Specifications and Drawings are in the attached Request for Proposal (RFP). The construction project will be completed in Loudoun County, Virginia and applicable Davis Bacon Act wages are identified in the RFP. The RFP will be issued as a FULL AND OPEN Solicitation. The NAICS code for this requirement is 237110, for which the Small Business Size Standard is $36.5M. Only one Firm Fixed Price award will result from this solicitation.
