- USCIS occupies office and storage space at 131 M Street, NE, Washington, DC. The Lease expires 9/7/2016 and there is an unevaluated renewal option available for a ten (10) year firm term at a favorable rate. Market research reveals that it is in the Government’s best interest to stay-in-place and accept the renewal terms. Also, based on the cost benefit analysis, it is more advantageous for the Government to remain in place to continue their mission uninterrupted. Per GSAM 570.401, an ad will be placed to give notice to the market that a sole source procurement will take place. If you have any questions or concerns please contact Maria D.
