Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9127Q-15-T-0023 is issued as Request for Quotes in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-76 effective 25 Jul 2014. This solicitation is 100% small business set aside and restricted to small businesses only in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(b). The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 488190; Small Business Standard is $3M. Quotes shall include: CLIN 0001: Virtual Master Blade, System 2007 1 EA CLIN 0002: Setup and Training Costs 1 EA CLIN 0003: Shipping and Crating Costs 1 EA (SEE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION LISTED BELOW) VIRTUAL MASTER BLADE (VMB), System 2007 System 2007 is a Windows-based system designed to evaluate and balance tail rotor blades. The VMB is a turn-key system comprised of the base fixture, computer, touch screen monitor and calibrated load cells.
