- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Boilers for Villaggio, Vicenza-Italy W912PF-15-T-0120 (a) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.106, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Government is releasing this combined synopsis/solicitation electronically via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) and FEDBIZZOPS only. The solicitation number is W912PF-15-T-0120, and this solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). (b) The Government anticipates the award being a Firm Fixed Price requirement type of contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this project is 423720- Plumbing and Heating Equipment and Supply. This requirement is not set aside for small businesses. Delivery and acceptance will be FOB destination. Destination location will be at USAG, Caserma Ederle, and Vicenza-Italy. (c) Scope of Work The purpose of this requirement is to purchase boilers for Villaggio, Vicenza - Italy. (d) The following conditions shall be set forth as part of the resulting contract: -Participants are requested to submit their responses to the subject solicitation in accordance with the instruction to offerors, listed under 52.212-1. The closing date for this solicitation is 11:00 am Central European Time (CET) on Friday, 21 August 2015. -Quotations received will be evaluated in accordance with 52.212-2. OFFERORS ARE INSTRUCTED TO READ THE INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS SECTION IN THE, ADDENDUM TO 52.212-1, AND SUBMIT THEIR QUOTES ACCORDINGLY.
