Description

DLA is soliciting to establish a Firm-fixed, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), Long Term Contract (LTC) with a base period of three years and an option to extend the term of the contract for an option period of two years. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN (1650014447127) for a FILTER ELEMENT, FLUID This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Unrestricted procurement. This item is manufactured to a"BELL HELICOPTER TEXTRON INC. CAGE:97499 Source Controlled Drawing." Approved Source is PTI TECHNOLOGIES INC. DBA 05228 P/N 7589505. The FOB point is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. The required delivery for is 146 days ARO. The estimated annual quantity is 284each. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 71 each (base period only). The minimum delivery order is 71 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 284 each. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is 25 AUG 15 (anticipated closing date of 25 SEPT 15), anticipated award date is September 30, 2015. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
