- This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS)is issuing this sources sought as a means of conducting market research to identify Buy Indian-Owned sources to determine Buy-Indian Set-Aside's that are interested and capable of providing an Annual Gas Inspection preventive maintenance services for various NAIHS medical facilities located in the states of Arizona and New Mexico. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 221210.. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If you are an Indian-Owned firm who meets the requirements as set forth by the Buy-Indian Act 0f 1910, provide these items, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, DUNS number, address, point of contact : name, title, telephone number, and email address. Your response to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. An organization that is not considered a small business under the applicable NAICS code should not submit a response to this notice. Submissions should be sent electronically to Maxine Dineyazhe at maxine.dineyazhe@ihs.gov. Responses must be double-spaced and single-sided on 8.5" x 11" plain white paper, with 1" margins on all side, using a standard font no smaller than 12 point. The response must be sequentially numbered, beginning on the first page after the table of contents. Responses are due by 12:00PM EST on August 13, 2015. Responses will not be accepted after the due date. Disclaimer and Important Notes: This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for information provided in response. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Any organization responding to this notice should ensure that its response is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the organization's qualifications to perform the work. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. After a review of the responses received, a pre-solicitation synopsis and solicitation may be published in Federal Business Opportunities. However, responses to this notice will not be considered adequate responses to a solicitation.
