FOR ANY INFORMATION CONTACT: Jeff Todd, 443-395-7007 This is a market survey to locate sources who can supply Cisco Call Managers, Cisco Phones, Video Teleconference Systems, Installation Services and Training. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT MARKET SURVEY. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. Any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. This market survey does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP) or a request for sealed bids (IFB), nor does its issuance restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this notice, nor pay respondents for any information that they submit in response to this Sources Sought request. The United States Army CECOM LCMC is conducting this sources sought market survey to determine price and availability (P&A) from potential sources capable of fulfilling a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement as follows. The Iraqi Ministry of Defense (MoD) currently maintains digital IP Telephony communications through the Iraq Defense Network (IDN) The scope of work is for performance in Iraq for supplying Cisco Call Managers, Cisco Phones, Video Teleconference Systems, Installation Services and Training. For purposes of pricing, the Rough order of Magnitude (ROM) should reflect the cost of performing the scope in Iraq, to include life support and security. Responses do not require transportation and shipping quoted. Government will pay for transportation and shipping. Responses must include price, availability, lead times and the schedule stated in months after contract award for each identified task. All responses must be provided on a spreadsheet which will provided by contacting the POC on this market survey. This scope of work requires the vendor to supply the following equipment and services: --Cisco Call Manger v10.5 --650W Power Supply --Licenses to support 5000 users using Cisco 7900/8800 series phones --Cisco IP Phones 8841 --Cisco 3925 Security Bundle Router --Cisco TelePresence SX20 Quick Set --Cisco TelePresence Server --Extended warranty --In-Country Installation and Configuration Services --CONUS technical support for 1 year --In-Country Training: Classroom and on the job training in Iraq for 10 students in one iteration. Iraq will provide a classroom in the International Zone. Instruction to be given in Arabic. Vendor shall specify duration of training. Call Managers should be able to integrate Video Teleconferencing systems for a multi-point system that can support up to six simultaneous connections at one time. Overall configuration needs to support a primary and secondary as a backup should the primary ever fail. P&A responses should not be bundled with a bottom-line figure. ROM values must be broken down into equipment or services. Equipment ROMs must be based on an equipment listing which can be obtained by the market survey POC. All P&A should be itemized according to the following categories: 001a, Cisco Call Manager 10.5 Version, qty 2 001b, Cisco 3925 Security Bundle Router, qty 1 001c, Cisco TelePresence SX20 Quick Set, qty 15 001d, Cisco TelePresence Server, qty 1 002, Cisco IP Phone, qty 1000 003, Cisco Call Manager Licenses, qty 5000 004, 650W Power Supply, qty 2 005, Extended Warranty 006, In-Country Site Surveys, qty 2 007, In-Country Installation and Configuration Services 008, CONUS Technical Support for 1 year 010, IN-Country Training Contact the market survey POC for the following documents: 1.The ROM spreadsheet which is required to be used for responding to this market survey. 2.The equipment specifications.
