- Commercial Item Provisions Multiple Locations Network Assessments/Reviews Statement of Work SF18 - AG-32SD-RFQ-15-CC18 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is AG-32SD-RFQ-15-CC18 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside. The NAICS is 541512 and business size standard is $27,500,000. This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83. The USDA, ARS, Plains Area requires the assessment and review of the IT technical infrastructure at the following locations: Las Cruces, NM; El Reno, OK; Stillwater, OK; Woodward, OK; Bushland, TX; College Station, TX; Houston TX; Kerrville, TX; Lubbock, TX; and Temple, TX. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order. The purpose of each review is to give the leadership at each location, as well as area leadership, a better understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of the current system configuration as well as an idea of what is required to improve the computing capabilities in the coming years per the guidelines listed in the attached statement of work. DOCUMENTS TO BE INCLUDED IN QUOTE: In order to be considered for award Offerors shall respond by filling out and signing the attached SF18 and shall provide 1) a Quote on company letterhead detailing the item description, total price and valid for at least 60 days after receipt of quote. 2) A copy of a previously completed network review/assessment 3) A brief list of previous projects of similar type and a point of contact that can be used for reference and 4) FAR 52.212-3, OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATION-COMMERCIAL ITEMS; The Representation and Certification section should be completed electronically in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Contractors intending to conduct business with the Federal Government MUST register with the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submitting award. You may register online at www.sam.gov. Any amendment and documents related to this procurement will be available electronically at the Internet site: http://www.fbo.gov. The Government anticipates award of a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the specifications that will be the most advantageous to the Government in accordance with FAR 13.106-2 considering three major areas: price, past performance, and technical ability. Responses, as stated previously, shall include technical specifications, descriptive material, and example of previously completed work, etc. Award may be to a firm other than that quoting the lowest price. All sources wishing to furnish a quotation must respond by no later than 5:00 p.m. central standard time, September 02, 2015.
