- Solicitation Packaging Contract Data Requirements List Performance Work Statement This acquisition is to establish a firm-fixed price Requirements Type contract for the repair of the Control Display Unit (CDU), applicable to the HH-60G Pave Hawk. The Control Indicator is the operator interface for the navigation and/or fire control system. The Stock Numbers to be repaired, along with the Part Number (P/N) and Best Estimated Quantities (BEQs), are listed below: 5895-21-921-3286 SO P/N: 100-601433-005 BEQ: 96 each There will be a Basic one-year contract period, and four (4) annual ordering periods. The required delivery schedule is 45 days after receipt of reparable asset. The approximate Solicitation Issue Date will be 12 August 2015 with an approximate Response Date of 12 September 2015. The solicitation will be available for viewing or downloading at www.fedbizopps.gov only. No telephone or fax requests will be honored. NO HARD COPIES WILL BE ISSUED. Restricted to Canadian Commercial Corporation (CCC), (CAGE CODE 98247). The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the Authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One or a Limited Number of Responsible Sources, and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
