- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83. The solicitation number for this requirement is W91ZLK-15-T-0181. This requirement is being solicited as Total Small Businesses Set Aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811219 (Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance). The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price type contract to the lowest priced responsible small business concern. Period of performance is base year plus two option years. Description of Requirement: This is a non-personnel services contract to provide preventive maintenance on two medical gas analyzers Perkin Elmer MGA 1100 S/N 966 and S/N A3C211856G. located at ECBC U.S. Army base Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the task. Period of performance is one base year from the date of award with two additional option years. For further details please refer to the Performance Work Statement attached.
