Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation number VA786-15-R-0346 for the following service: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and supplies necessary to dredge the existing lined irrigation pond to remove sediment and vegetation located at Black Hills National Cemetery in Sturgis, SD 57785 with a period of performance of 30 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code is 237990. Size standard of $27.5 million is applicable. Award will be made on a lowest priced technically acceptable basis utilizing the following criteria for this award will be in the following descending order: 1) Past Performance, 2) Technical, 3) Price. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or around August 12, 2015. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., August 31, 2015. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which is available at Fed Biz Opps.
