Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, VA Puget Sound Healthcare System, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) (single source), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with American Tower for the following services: to provide a retransmission from a tower of 167 MHz *41 paging system for Portland VA Medical Center. The NAICS 237130 applies to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company has skill, qualifications and to provide a retransmission from a tower of 167 MHz *41 paging system for Portland VA Medical Center. Responses must be received no later than 16:00 PM PST on 21 August 2015. All responses must be e-mailed to Robert.lentz2@va.gov.
