- W91249-15-T-0006 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The closing date and time of this solicitation is 20 August 2015, 1:00 P.M. eastern daylight time. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-37. This acquisition is restricted under NAICS code 561110, size std $7.5M. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-aside for Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business (EDWOSB). Only qualified offerors may submit proposals. The requirements in this solicitation are outlined in Attachment 1. This award will be all or none, no partial offers will be considered.
